The buildings produced PLASTIMO JSCo are prefabricated and lightweight. The construction system provides minimal limitation in dimensions and various architectural developments for dwelling-houses, hostels, restaurants, shops, administrative buildings, stores, production premises. Buildings are designed and accomplished under architectural schemes in conformity with a customer's specifications and we also offer exemplary projects.
The assembly is easy and fast. It's not necessary for elevating gears. It afford an opportunity for construction under difficult of access ground. Specificity of the mounting works provides all the year building.
The buildings are mounted either on a foundation, preliminary build by the customer which one can be self-dependent reinforced concrete plate upon striped bases, or inter-storey reinforced concrete plate upon monolithic ground floor.
The outside facade walls as well as the inside separating walls are sandwich type panels based on gypsumfibre - expandable polystyrene - gypsumfibre thickness 8 cm. The joinery is made in conformity with a customer's wishes. Most of the time we work with wooden joinery: solid wood or fibre wood doors, wooden windows in glass package with/without shutters.
The carrying construction is made from steel and wooden elements.
The ceilings are formed by carrying wooden grillage, which gypsum fiber plates or wooden joinery are nailed to. For thermal insulation purposes expandable polystyrene is placed on the top.
We offer two variants about roof construction - using profiled galvanized sheet iron or using tiles. In the first case the sheet iron is self-carrying. In the second case the tiles lay on carrying roof construction from wooden elements. Roof dewaters by a set of standard gutters and drain pipes.
All gaps between elements are processed with special filler.
All connections between the elements are carried out using rivets, screws, bolts and nails.
At the time of assembling an electrical installation is also done. All elements of the electrical installation are entirely hidden by the walls and the ceiling.
When the buildings are two - storey there is flight of stairs. The floor on the second storey is made from wood. Inter-storey insulating is made from expandable polystyrene and additional noise insulating material.
The inside water supply and sewerage networks are build by the customer.
The assembly of all the above mentioned elements and parts of the building is the ROUGH ASSEMBLY
We also offer complete assembly, including FINISHING WORKS according customer's wishes. These can be:
inside walls processing - latex, faience tiles or wallpaper
floor - linoleum, plank-board flooring, carpets, ceramic tiles
ceiling - latex, oil-base paint or sheeting with timber
all visible joints are done using wooden elements

The system allows for the heat and noise insulation indices to be altered depending on customer requirements.
