PLASTIMO JSCo designs, produces, supplies and constructs buildings using sandwich type panels based on gypsum fibre - expandable polystyrene - gypsum fibre for housing and office purposes.


The company provides both design and construction of shopping areas, kiosks, offices, villas, houses, production premises and stores according to  a customer specification.


The buildings are mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation to be made by the client in conformity with the requirements of  the company.


All the necessary panels, materials and connecting elements are produced within the company and are supplied on side for construction.


The panels are put together by means of steel or wooden profiles depending on place they are  used.


The doors and window framework is wooden. Ceiling elements are supporting beams and light panels with one side laminated EPS plates. According to the customer requirements, the roof is made from profile galvanized sheet iron or tiles.


The building thus constructed have very good technical parameters:

 

• heat resistance – Ro = 1,807 m2 °C/W
• earthquake resistance - 8th degree under MSK scale
• fire resistance to the stage of hard burning

 

PLASTIMO JSCo offers rough assembly or rough assembly plus extra construction works. The finishing works, if the client requires them, may include:

 

• outside walls processing
• inside walls processing
• floor
• ceiling

 

All finishing works are done by the skilled workers with a high quality of the end product.
