One-storied residential building built in the vicinity of Boyana. On the built-up area of 231.68 m² there are detached two bodies with different height giving a movement on the facades. The height body includes a spacious dining room and the low body is including a kitchen, three nurseries, a bedroom and wet rooms. The basic wall elements on the building are sandwich type panels from laminated expandable polystyrene with plates from gypsumfibre. The external walls have additional insulation layer from mineral wadding and outside they are faced with panel boarding. The process of construction of the building is 40 days.
