Two stored, two-family residential building built in the vicinity of Dragalevzi. There are detached two equal smooth like architectural distribution bodies. With general built-up area from 98.32 m² on the first floor and the two of them have got a dining- room, a kitchen with a nook for feeding and a sanitary knot. On the second floor with general area from 100.74 m² there are two bedrooms with sanitary knots to them. At the front elevation above both entrance are shaped penthouses which on the second floor are formed like terraces. Basic wall elements on the building are sandwich type panels from laminated polystyrene with plane from gypsumfibre. The external walls are facing outside additionally with panels from gypsumfibre. The process of construction of the building in rough assembly is 60 days.
